The group includes 40 medical providers offering specialty care in sports medicine, sports training & conditioning, physical therapy, rehabilitation facilities, orthopedic evaluation, orthopedic surgery, and more.

What will I be doing?

  • Be the welcoming face of the practice to patients in-person and callers
  • Transferring calls to back office team and physical therapy department
  • Scheduling appointments and rescheduling as needed
  • Providing forms to new patients and inputting patient data
  • Verifying insurance and collecting co-payments
  • Inputting referral data
  • Prepping for the next day and pulling patient records

What are the requirements?

  • 2+ Years Medical Front Office experience
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm

Pay : $18-21
