Job Description

Are you interested in learning more about reproductive health? This well-established group provides healthcare for women, men, and families and assistance to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. They are currently seeking a qualified Health Care Assistant (Back Office)

In a typical day, you will:

  • Provide education about reproductive function, contraceptives, pregnancy option
  • Rooming patients and taking vitals
  • Perform lab work and record results accurately in client charts
  • Processing medication requests
  • Contacting patients to provide test results to them
  • Sterilizing equipment and rooms
  • Stock exam rooms, labs and dispensary

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • 1-3 years health care experience
  • Knowledgeable of Medical Terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Creole helpful
