Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, dynamic, and friendly Medical Assistant to join us. This rewarding position will maximize your strengths and skills while helping others live healthier, longer lives. This position is a great opportunity for individuals that are seeking a stable career.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage front desk duties including Check in and check out
  • Oversee all calls, deliveries and mail handling
  • Maintain patient charts including filing, scanning, purging, and archiving.
  • Provide lab results under supervision
  • Help meet fiscal goals
  • Help ready patients such as taking vital signs
  • Draw blood and handles specimens
  • Provide testing to patients
  • Patient interviews to get medical histories
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • High school Diploma
  • Family Planning experience preferred
  • Medical Laboratory/ Counseling experience preferred
  • Patient Care experience
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend hours
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
