Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with providers, patients, family and team members
  • Assist with supervision and evaluation of caregivers
  • Oversee the general home care operations
  • Facilitate and coordinate home care services for patients

Qualifications:

  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese or Spanish
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrate ability working with the elderly or frail population required
