Seeking a Hospice Account Executive/ Sales Rep to service the greater Prairieville, LA area. This Account Executive or Business Development professional's primary responsibility is building and maintaining relationships in the Prairieville area. This sales rep should be a great communicator and confident in their ability to develop and maintain rapport with Hospitals, physicians, and case manager/ discharge planners in the area. This Sales Rep is responsible for Account Management and Business development and will be the liaison between the Hospice agency and the referral sources
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
- Market services to members within the network/community.
- Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
- This role will conduct market assessments and create comprehensive sales plans designed to promote quality healthcare services.
- Build/foster strong relationships within the medical community and other local facilities.
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience selling healthcare services to physicians and facilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
