Business Development, Inside Sales Rep 50 - 60K
BUSINESS TO BUSINESS INSIDE SALES: 30k base plus commissions! Total compensation 50k-60k. This is Inside Sales (not a call center) with opportunity to advance to outside sales. Good, solid leads are provided! Position offers competitive wages, benefits and friendly atmosphere!

In business 15 years, stable solid and growing! Only 125 employees and “NOT” a call center, with plenty of opportunity. Corporate office is in Utah, with satellite offices in Canada, Australia and the UK.
60-80 outbound calls a day to Management Level Execs (Not a Call Center). 30k base plus commissions total 50-60k to start. There is very clear career path into a successful Account Executive outside Sales Role.
Our Ideal candidate has 2-3 years sales experience with excellent communication skills, customer relationship management and problem resolution. Must be Career driven and motivated to make great income!
The incumbent should have experience and skills in the following areas: customer sales, customer relationship management and problem resolution. Initiates the relationship with new Company Suppliers, and explains the role of Company in the relationship between the Supplier and Clients
- Explains and “sells" the benefits to the Supplier of subscribing to the Company Risk Management Service
- Explains to the Supplier the role of the Company Supplier Support team, including the Supplier Support Manager, Account Manager and the Data Manager
- Conducts annual review and survey of Company Service with Supplier and Collects annual Subscription Fee payment from renewing Suppliers
Prefer 1 years of Sales background, preferable inside sales, but not necessary. Must be in search of a long term career, not a job! We encourage growth and promotion from within! Great opportunity for a recent college graduate to start a successful Career in business!
- Minimum of high school education, with a year or more of college education in business fields preferable.
- Firm understanding of Company operations’ policies and procedures
- Proven track record in working successfully in sales environment.
- Speaks clearly and rationally, and keeps a cool head especially in situations where confronted with dissatisfied parties
Strong people skills required, problem solving and innovation highly desirable
