Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse, who is a professional individual with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and provides a high level of care for patients.

Essential Duties

  • In charge of planning, supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Medical Assistant
  • Assist with Medical Assistants training/orientation
  • Developing and monitoring of patient care plans
  • Assisting with medical procedures as needed
  • Collaborating with other professionals
  • Making outside referrals when necessary
  • Managing medical supplies and ensuring all medical equipment are in working order

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the State of Georgia
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Current CPR certification
  • Family Medicine experience preferred
  • Experience in obesity, hypertension and diabetes case management preferred

Schedule: Monday through Friday
