Job Description

We re currently seeking for a talented LPN to provide exceptional patient care and support within our multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with patient visits, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and medical history documentation
  • Administer medications and vaccines following physician orders and safety protocols
  • Perform clinical tests like glucose finger sticks and A1C testing
  • Manage administrative tasks such as prescription refills, referrals, and obtaining medical records
  • Communicate with patients, follow up on lab/imaging results, and maintain organized exam rooms
  • Ensure proper infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and adherence to universal precautions

Qualifications:

  • Current NYS LPN license
  • Experience as an LPN in a physician s office, preferably in Internal Medicine
  • Current Infection Control Certificate
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
