Currently seeking an LVN for their Pediatric and Family Medicine clinic.
The LVN is responsible for:
- Checking after hour messages
- Taking incoming calls
- Speaking with patients and determining next level of care
- Scheduling appointments
- Documenting calls
- Returning calls in a timely manor
- Paging doctors and transferring calls to interval/external staff
Seeking an individual that is highly organized, able to work in a team-oriented environment, be computer savvy, able to communicate clearly and have outstanding customer service.
Must have one year of LVN experience, an active CA LVN License and Call Center or Customer Service experience.
Pediatric, Family Medicine or ER experience is a plus. Apply today!
