Job Description
We are looking for an efficient Mail Room clerk to join the team of a National Insurance Company!
Our ideal candidate has experience with processing requests, fulfillment requests, and package handling services. Pay: $19.00/hr
Location: Carmel, IN
Schedule: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
What you will be doing:
- Provide copy services and other job requests
- Process outbound mail
- Receive mail and prepares for interoffice delivery.
- Accurately track and record assigned work.
- Assist with research and verification for shipments.
- Support shredding efforts.
- Respond accurately and timely to email inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and restricts access to authorized personnel only.
What we need from you:
- 1 year of work experience requiring attention to detail
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet lifts preferred.
- Basic experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
- Must pass skills assessment.
- High School diploma or higher education required
