Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to work as a Mailroom clerk with an IPA medical group that emphasizes prevention and wellness for its patients. The award-winning network includes 600+ independent primary care physicians and more than 1,000 specialty physicians, and local hospitals in Orange County.

As a Mailroom Clerk you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, distributing incoming/ outgoing mail on a daily basis

What you will be doing

  • Receiving mail from USPS, delivery vendors or contractors
  • Accurately sort and distribute to designated locations at designated times
  • Ensures correct postages are placed in outgoing mail/ packages
  • May deliver mail/ packages to post office

The ideal candidate will have

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum Experience: 6 months or more office experience
  • Clean driving record and valid driver license
