Marketing and Communications Manager


Fast growing SaaS organization is hiring a highly organized, versatile and creative marketing manager. In this role you ll be responsible for the execution and analysis of direct marketing efforts, response rates, and lead generation efforts.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 year s marketing automation (hubspot), email marketing, online and social marketing experience. Due to the nature of this position, proficient writing, and design skills are a must as you develop collateral, manage the corporate brand and maintain the corporate and website among other duties.

In addition to online activities, the Corporate Marketing manager will be responsible for developing monthly webinar content, supporting annual client summits and other events as needed with the objective of lead generation and customer support.


  • Work with Vice President of Marketing to develop strategic direction and execution of all external communications; brand and visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to style guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
  • Develop and maintain content for corporate website, including coordination of translations where necessary.
  • Create/update sales collateral, presentations, poster presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, articles, white papers, web content customer newsletters, signage, speaking proposals, press releases, ads and sales tools with input from sales and marketing, executives, and customers.
  • Develop and execute online strategies that include search engine optimization, Google AdWords campaigns, ad placement and social media.
  • Develop drip campaigns in marketing automation system to nurture prospects and generate qualified leads for Sales.
  • Create and develop graphics to support communication needs.
  • Other duties as required.


  • An advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead scoring and nurturing.
  • Knowledge of online advertising, and email best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, email deliverability, email optimization, and cross-client compatibility.
  • Strong command of design principles, ability to maintain consistency with corporate brand.
  • Superior communication and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities Ability to take initiative, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and assist wherever needed.
  • Basic knowledge of html, helpful but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.


  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or closely related field.
  • 5+ years marketing experience.
  • 3+ years B2B email marketing, online advertising experience and B2B demand generation experience.
  • 3+ years marketing writing experience, including development of web content, campaign/customer emails, case studies, newsletters, advertisements, articles and white papers.
  • 3+ Years experience with a Marketing Automation System, Pardot preferred & experience with Web Content Management.
  • Power user of Microsoft Office, adobe, hubspot or similar.
  • Experience managing tradeshows / events.
  • Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans
