Large Revenue Cycle Management Company is looking for Medical Collectors to join their team! Collectors will be responsible for managing the billing for Arizona based accounts. Company provides casual work environment, employee appreciation programs, excellent benefits and more!

Job Activities:

Collectors will be responsible for performing Hospital Collecting for Medicaid accounts

Assisting patients with inquires

Contacting insurance companies

Processing and reviewing claims

Appeals

Creating outstanding statements

Generated statements and reviewing A/R statements

Following up on messages

Sending outgoing correspondence in regards to past due amounts

Researching claims

Following up on appeals/denials

Assisting Manager with various projects

Requirements:

4 years+ Medical collections experience

Strong knowledge Medi-Cal Managed Care payers

Hospital Collecting experience

Medicaid experience is a plus!
