POSITION: Administrative Assistant

Support the Executive Director and Director of Operations; Schedule and coordinate meetings with community physicians related to the roll out of CI, schedule meetings with providers/provider office staff related to par80 rollout, support both CI and par80 related projects, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm
The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative, organizational and project management duties, and detailed knowledge of company procedures. Defines and solves problems by researching facts and keeping administrative items from unnecessarily crossing manager's desk.
The Administrative Assistant will enters annual budget. Enters commands into budget software to extract information related to budget and completes Monthly Budget Analysis.
The Administrative Assistant will provide working leadership to other clerical personnel, training and checking of assignments.
2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrator
Must have good attention to detail
Job Requirements:Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent
