We are looking for a top-quality Medical Assistant to adopt the practice s values of providing the very best patient experience! They are a 100-year-old Internal Medicine clinic providing primary care for all ages from newborns to the elderly.
Our client s clinic was established in 1918, and is the longest established Internal Medicine group in San Diego. They started their clinic with the vision to provide exceptional medical care in a warm and friendly manner.
On the job, you will:
- Take vitals, administer injections, phlebotomy, EKGs
- Assist the doctors with procedures
- Triage to determine a needs
- Work independently and in team efforts
- Be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Be upbeat, dynamic, and friendly towards patients and staff
What you must have:
- 3+ years of Medical Assistant back office experience
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Internal medicine experience a plus
- Must be respectful and empathetic
- Excellent computer skills
Details about the position:
- Pay: $20+ per hour, depending on experience.
- Location is in central San Diego
- Shift: 7:30-4:30 (occasionally hours are extended for patients. Possible overtime on Fridays.
- Benefits: Offered once probationary period is completed.

Pay: $20+ per hour (DOE)
Location: Central San Diego
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm
