Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and removing sutures and dressings
  • Assist physicians in patient care management, ensuring comprehensive support under their direct supervision
  • Execute administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and transmitting prescription refills
  • Maintain accuracy in entering lab and imaging orders and collecting/preparing laboratory specimens
  • Update and manage patient medical records with attention to detail and compliance
  • Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice and responding effectively to emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Certificate
  • 1+year of Medical Assistant experience
