Job Description

Job Title: Dermatology Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Certification: No certification required if you have previous experience in the field.

Locations: Plano, TX 7 with the possibility of occasional travel to Garland, TX once a week.

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience in dermatology preferred, but not required with relevant experience in the field.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically NexGen and Ema.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Training:

  • Comprehensive corporate training in NexGen and Ema systems.
  • Corporate office training lasting for a total of 2 weeks.
  • After initial training, a trainer will be assigned to work with you.

Main Responsibilities/Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Scribe during dermatology procedures and patient visits.
  • Perform biopsies as directed by the dermatologist.
  • Assist with biologics treatments.
  • Assist in dermatological surgeries.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations.
