Job Description

We are one of the largest medical groups in Northern California looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance eligibility, process referrals and authorizations
  • Assist patient, manage phones, and schedule patient appointments
  • Assist doctors with procedures
  • Room and check patient vitals
  • Update EMR system
  • Handle pharmacy requests
  • Perform EKG S, injections and blood draws

Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active CPR/BLS certificate
  • 1+ year as a Medical Assistant working in an outpatient clinical setting
