Overview:

We are a leading healthcare organization with multiple locations in Northern Arizona. We are currently seeking dedicated and certified Medical Assistants to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality patient care in a multi-specialty environment. Location: Multiple locations in Northern Arizona

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid state or national certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • EMR (Electronic Medical Records) experience is a plus, with proficiency in Cerner being highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume medical office setting, with the ability to support mid-level providers effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, open to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Locations:

We have multiple locations across Northern Arizona, and we have openings in various departments at each location. While we have positions available in different specialties, our primary need is for Family Medicine.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Some weekend work is required for positions in our Urgent Care departments. We have Urgent Cares at each of our locations.

Pay:

Compensation for this position is competitive and varies based on years of experience. The pay scale ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, ensuring that your dedication and expertise are appropriately rewarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures.
  • Collect and record patient information, including medical histories and vital signs.
  • Schedule appointments, arrange for diagnostic tests, and manage patient records.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of patients through the clinic and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere to all medical and safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
