Duties for this role include:

  • Act as liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients and providers
  • Triage inbound calls for multiple facilities
  • Manage and maintain daily provider schedules for each facility
  • Notify staff and management of any changes to provider s contact info
  • Accurately log inbound and outbound calls into database
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications Needed:

  • 1+ year of medical office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and handle stress
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills
Second Shift
  • Thursday 2:30pm-11pm
  • Friday 2:30pm-11pm
  • Saturday 11pm-6am (Night)
  • Sunday 11pm-6am (Night)
