The position is with a large Ophthalmology group who is seeking a professional Medical Office Assistant for their Laguna Hills location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming phones
  • Greeting patients and checking them in
  • Entering patient data into system and updating charts
  • Providing new patient paperwork
  • Rooming patients
  • Verifying insurance and collecting payments/ co-pays
  • Assisting patients with inquiries
  • Ordering contacts and glasses

What we need from you:

  • 1-2+ years of medical front office experience!
  • Eye care or ophthalmic experience a plus
  • EMR/Next Gen experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30p
