Our client is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team!

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance

  • Must have Medical office or medical receptionist/front desk experience - 1-2 years required
  • Must be fully covid vaccinated (including boosters)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must professional, reliable, and exemplify excellent communication skills with patients and team

Job duties:

  • Greet patients as they come into the building or over the phone
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of waiting area
  • Direct Patients to the correct floor and office
  • Provide general office support and help
  • Assist visitors with any questions that they may have
  • Collection of Copays, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments and answering phones
