Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Manage correspondence and communications effectively
  • Assist in data management and reporting as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of medical office experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
