We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to our team!

Job duties:

  • Greet patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the waiting area
  • Direct patients to the correct floor and office
  • Provide general office support
  • Assist visitors with inquiries
  • Collect copays, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle phone calls

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Must have professional communication and demeanor, as well as, reliable
