We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team! Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance.
- 1-2 years medical office experience
- Must communicate professionally with a friendly demeanor
Your role will be:
- Greet and assist all visitors to the practice.
- Obtain accurate demographic information and update records
- Collect and balance daily payment information.
- Maintain waiting room appearance and cleanliness
- Call scheduled patients for appointment reminders
- Schedule appointments by phone and in-person
$12-$15/hour with opportunity for advancement
