One of Orange County s top Cardiology practices is seeking a Medical Records/Appointment Scheduler for the Orange location. With over 100 patients a day, this practice practices several specialties within the cardiology field. Each facility is extremely focused on the well-being and servicing of their patients.
What will I be doing:
- Maintaining and updating patients records
- Fulfill requests for medical records
- Validate authorizations releases for medical information
- Answering high volume of calls
- Taking accurate messages
- Transferring calls as needed
- Scheduling appointments
- Contacting patients for returned visits as needed
- Confirming appointments
- Scanning documents and records

What are the requirements?
- 1+ years of experience in Medical Front Office
- HS Diploma
- Medical terminology experience
- Intermediate Window s experience
