What will I be doing?

Inputting medical records into EMR system, reviewing confidential files, responding to written and in-person requests for information, scanning and routing medical tickets, processing medical records with an electric scanner, auditing records for accuracy, responding to emails and phone requests for documents, maintaining filing, locating incoming patient records, and copying various documents from files as requested. Assisting the front office as needed, including greeting patients, answering calls, and scheduling patients.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience in Medical Records
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
  • Experience working in practice with 100+ patients daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
