Job Description

The perfect candidate will work together with other healthcare team members in order to provide the best gastroenterology health services to families.

Essential Duties

  • Assisting provider during patient exam/patient visit
  • Documenting patient visits, admission or discharge diagnosis
  • Record patient orders, lab test, and medications
  • Accurately document any procedure performed by the provider
  • Document patient information and notes in EMR

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with EMR
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must be familiar with stress tests, managing Coumadin Therapy, Holter Monitors

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30-5:00pm
  • Pay: $12 -$18/hour, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits (medical, vision dental, 401k, life insurance)
