Job Description

Are you ready to take on a role where you support a vibrant Member Services team while honing your organizational skills? We're seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Support Clerk to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tracking of incoming member correspondence and maintain the department's filing system, both electronic and paper
  • Schedule on-site interpreter appointments, handle incoming communications, and distribute correspondence among team members
  • Analyze incoming invoices for accuracy, prepare them for approval, and process disenrollment requests
  • Provide clerical support for the department, including filing, copying, and report preparation
  • Coordinate the distribution of membership materials and ensure the inventory is replenished when needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, and/or data entry duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
