As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative expertise to ensure the medical office is operating efficiently. You will support staff and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and interaction.

Job Function:

  • Greet patients and collect basic medical history
  • Answer incoming calls and respond appropriately
  • Organize and schedule appointments for physicians
  • Update and file medical records and reports
  • Verify insurance and collect the necessary copay
  • Produce and distribute correspondence

Special Talents:

  • Clearly communicate with both internal staff and external contacts
  • Have strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and patient management software
  • Knowledgeable of medical office procedures and system

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • 2 plus years of experience working in a medical office
  • High School diploma
