Job Description

We re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the glue that keeps operations running smoothly. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for efficiency, we want you to be a part of our team! Help us manage critical processes and ensure that our healthcare providers have the resources they need to deliver top-notch care.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure the completeness of health plan attestations, credentialing applications, and provider intake forms
  • Route and manage alerts for provider changes (address updates, new providers, etc.), ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and filed correctly
  • Draft welcome letters for new providers, update contract exhibits, and ensure all documentation related to new provider adds is organized and stored in the correct locations
  • Provide general administrative and operations support as needed, including additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure alerts sent to other departments like Provider Configuration and PIM contain all necessary information, preventing delays and additional requests for clarification

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 + years of Operation Coordinator experience
