Job Description

What you ll be doing:

  • Oversee scheduling appointments and answering calls
  • Adjusts and takes measurements of glasses
  • Conducts exam pretesting procedures
  • Process co-payments/manages insurance verifications
  • Process check-ins and outs in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare treatment rooms
  • Manages medical supply inventory

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of Optometric assisting experience
  • CPO Certification Preferred
  • EMR systems experience
