Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth administrative operations in a healthcare setting? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, respond to inquiries, take messages accurately, and direct calls appropriately
  • Accurately register patients by collecting necessary information and entering it into our database with meticulous attention to detail
  • Handle patient correspondence and inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times
  • Maintain and update patient records as per established procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information
  • Research and provide solutions to patient inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts or appointments
  • Work closely with healthcare providers and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of Referral Coordination experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
