Our client is searching for a Patient Access Representative to join the team. This company focuses on women's reproductive health. In this position you will:

  • Process refill/ medical requests
  • Respond to all telephone s calls and triage them according
  • Communicates with patients via patient portals
  • Monitors upcoming appointments and sends reminder calls
  • Assists with check in and check out of patients
  • Collecting accurate demographic information
  • Collecting payments

The right candidate will have:

  • 1 to 3 years of similar experience
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • EMR
  • High School Diploma

What we offer:

  • Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm
