Job Description

We are looking to add a Patient Access Representative to join our team today. You will be joining a women s health group with over 100 locations nationwide who deliver the highest standard of care to women throughout their reproductive years and beyond. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring seamless registration and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and confirm patient demographics, updating patient profiles accurately and promptly
  • Greet all patients and visitors warmly, guiding them to the appropriate areas as needed
  • Collect payments and assist patients with minor billing concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Scan relevant documents into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system while adhering to HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a Medical Office setting
  • High school diploma
  • Experience with EMR systems and eCW a plus!
