Job Description

We are searching for an organized Patient Account Rep to join our team. This is a chance to maximize your strengths and skills while helping others live healthier, longer lives. This medical practice is a nationally recognized center for excellence in IVF and fertility.

In a typical day, you will:

  • Reconcile all EOB s
  • Answer all billing questions
  • Enter insurance and patient payments
  • Ensure all transactions are posted daily
  • Working closely with laboratories to ensure accurate information/diagnosis
  • Keep all file maintenance records up to date

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-years experience working in a medical billing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS coding
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology
