What will I be doing?
Answering incoming calls
Answering customer inquiries and assisting members as needed
Providing members information for benefits and eligibility
Updating patient demographics Calling members to gather additional or missing information
Maintain member satisfaction and retention
Incredible Listening skills, while maintaining phone talk time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize customer needs
1+ Years of prior call center, front office, or scheduling experience
6 months+ Healthcare experience preferred
