What will I be doing?

  • Analyze call center data
  • Prepare reports
  • Evaluate staff effectiveness/ performances
  • Ensuring call team goals are met
  • Monitor problem areas and execute a plan to address issues
  • Answering questions from staff and providing guidance

What special talents do I need?

  • Call center experience and/or managing a call center team
  • Computer/ Tech Savvy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Diploma

What will be offered to me

  • Pay: $18 - 20/ hr
  • Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Full time benefits
