What will I be doing?
- Analyze call center data
- Prepare reports
- Evaluate staff effectiveness/ performances
- Ensuring call team goals are met
- Monitor problem areas and execute a plan to address issues
- Answering questions from staff and providing guidance
What special talents do I need?
- Call center experience and/or managing a call center team
- Computer/ Tech Savvy
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma
What will be offered to me
- Pay: $18 - 20/ hr
- Schedule: Monday Friday
