Job Description

Would you like to work for a successful multi-specialty medical group whose goal is to provide quality healthcare? This medical group is dedicated to its mission of providing quality, patient-focused healthcare to the families of Raleigh, NC. Currently seeking a Patient Service representative. Bilingual Spanish is helpful.

In this position you will:

  • Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Greet/ welcome patients/ visitors/vendors and direct them accordingly
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-payments
  • Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient

The right candidate will have:

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of medical office experience
  • EHR experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Schedule M-F 8am -5pm or 6:30a-3p
