In this position you will:
- Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet/ welcome patients/ visitors/vendors
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-payments
- Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient
- Gather and enter patient demographics in medical records system
The right candidate will have:
- High School diploma
- 1 year of medical office experience
- EHR experience
- Excellent customer service skills
What we offer:
- Pay: $15/ hr
- Schedule: M F 7am to 4pm
