Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients, verify their information, and ensure a smooth check-in experience
- Keep our records accurate by updating patient demographics and insurance details
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and answer patient inquiries
- Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Process payments and issue receipts, ensuring accurate cash handling
- Digitize important documents for our electronic health records system
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed
- Handle sales of cosmetic products and track inventory
- Ensure mail is correctly distributed to the appropriate departments or personnel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Office experience
- Proficiency with computer and computer software
- Ability to multitask
