Job Description

Would you like to work for a medical group whose goal is to provide quality, patient-focused healthcare? Our client is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join their medical team. Our client focuses on providing the best health, social and advocacy services to all regardless of their income, language or immigration status The ideal candidate must be passionate and committed to patient customer service. The main role of this position is to provide direct support to the physicians.

You will:

  • Process all telephone calls and messages
  • Facilitate patient access to care
  • Interview and pre-register patients at the time of their visit
  • Collect payment at the time of visit if needed
  • Schedule patients for future appointments
  • Act as a Patient advocate
  • Process referrals
  • Coordinate and submit all necessary information to obtain authorization

You must have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Customer Service and Admin Experience
  • Bilingual/ Bicultural (Cantonese, Mandarin, Chinese, and Vietnamese)
