Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors, and alerting relevant staff upon their arrival
  • Preparing medical carts with necessary instruments and supplies
  • Handling general office tasks such as typing, answering phones, managing voicemails, and maintaining organized patient chart
  • Transcribing patient visit information for medical reports and managing inventory and supplies
  • Scheduling consultations and interventional radiology procedures, ensuring all appointments are accurately filled and communicated
  • Maintaining up-to-date patient records and coordinating with physicians on procedure details and patient care needs

Qualifications:

  • CPR Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator
