Summary: The Patient Services Coordinator manages all aspects of the front office, including greeting patients, managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, updating records in our electronic filing system, collecting payments, verifying insurance information, and leading local retention events. The Patient Services Coordinator is an advocate for their patients; ensuring an excellent Patient Journey Experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, degree, or equivalent work history
- 2-3 years of receptionist/patient care experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask between patients, phones, and computers.
- Be a problem solver, clear communicator, highly organized.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm
Pay range: $19-$21 an hour (plus bonus!)
