Job Description
Our client s clinic has served Folsom and the Western Slope of El Dorado County since 1985. They are a single-specialty group limited to the treatment of diseases in the digestive tract and liver. They practice old fashioned medicine by treating their patients with the utmost compassion and personalized care.
They re looking for exceptional Phone Operator/Receptionist to join their established team!
Responsibilities:
Work with the Providers, Office Manager, and other Medical Assistants to maintain an organized flow of patient care
Answer incoming calls
Work with the front desk to manage phone lines, schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with the team to maintain a positive working environment
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year medical office experience
Must have exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Must be extremely flexible and adaptable
GI experience is a huge plus
A positive and friendly personality is a must!
