Practitioner Campaign Associate (Hybrid)

Currently seeking a detail oriented Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail oriented, and experienced with multi-tasking. The primary function of this position is to support the practitioner recruitment team with pre-launch and executed campaigns, which includes working directly with recruiters, fielding incoming faxes, client and member nominations, and dissemination of credentialing documents to recruiters for follow up.
The purpose main task of this position is to research the phone numbers, addresses, emails and websites of potential physicians and or clients to join the insurance network.
Organized, results oriented team player, ability to work under time sensitive projects as directed by management.
Demonstrates the ability to conduct outbound calls to clinical and fitness practitioners as follow up to recruiter s initial outreach, to include coordination of field appointments.
Ability to handle inbound calls as needed during high call volume times.
The ability to field and handle typical objections and the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner utilizing campaign scripts.
Demonstrates ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively work multiple projects as prioritized, to include reporting out on status of all projects.
Ability to quickly and proficiently navigate internal databases as well as conduct internet sites associated with the health care and fitness markets. Demonstrates accuracy and focus in a fast paced environment.
High School diploma required
Minimum six months experience in outbound or inbound call environments and/or customer service.
Strong verbal/telephone communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Pay: $15/hourSchedule: Monday Friday
