This MSO provides full range of managed healthcare services, including the effective management of risk arrangements, for independent practice associations, medical groups, hospitals, and other managed care organizations. Immediate position available for a Provider Call Center Representative.

Job Function:

  • Handle Provider requests and answer inquires
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Update Provider demographics

Special Talents:

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate with both internal staff and patients
  • Ability to manage high volume calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 WPM
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
