Job Description

Are you someone who loves details, is thorough, and truly a quality specialist? Do you have medical case management experience with strong medical terminology knowledge? Then we have the job for you! We have an opening to join our San Antonio team.

Would you like to work for a Veteran's disability provider? The provider conducts disability examinations, and then the reports are reviewed for quality and accuracy. Once the exam reports pass a quality review, then they are evaluated for a final disability rating and compensation payout to the claimant.

Summary of your position

You will be reviewing each physician s report developed during the examination at the clinic. The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that the report is medically sound, and both spelling and grammar are accurate. The doctor must sign all documents.

What we need from you

Direct healthcare experience in medical case management or quality assurance experience preferred! Vocational training in specific aspects of LVN, LPN, EMT, MA, Military Medic, etc. welcome to apply!

Have a strong knowledge of anatomy, body systems, and medical terminology. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Someone detail-oriented, able to meet productivity and quality goals, with strong computer skills, is essential. A high school diploma or higher is required.
