Job Description

Are you looking to start a career in healthcare? We are looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Record you are responsible for performing clerical duties relating to central supply and medical records. If this sounds like a perfect fit, please apply today!


Duties:

  • Maintain medical records and health information systems per State and Federal guidelines
  • Receiving, reviewing, recording and tracking of medical records requests
  • Opening, sorting and responding to all mail/correspondences
  • Ensuring patients charts are up to date
  • Completing clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using EPIC/ Hills EMR system
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Prior Medical Record experience
