Research Study Coordinator

We currently have an opening for a qualified Research Study Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative research team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, patient-interactive position, we would love to hear from you!

In this position, you will coordinate all aspects of clinical research trials, ensure compliance with protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, liaison with monitors and sponsors, schedule visits for patients and communicate effectively with internal and external associates.

Details of position

• Ensuring compliance with multiple protocols for clinical research trials
• Completing case report forms and filing all documents accurately
• Developing and implementing research and administrative strategies
• Ensuring subject safety and execute safety data and materials
• Track enrollment of each study in conjunction with lead coordinator.
• Record study data in case report electronic and paper form
• Assure approvals obtained prior to beginning protocol procedures.
• Recording all adverse events and concomitant medications and monitor.
• Schedule and oversee subject visits on assigned protocols.

Requirements of position

• Medical Assistant, LPN or RN Certification
• Clinical experience involving patient care in a healthcare environment preferred but not required
• Prefer some college education preferred. Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Understand importance of safety for labs & physical examinations
